Before we begin the new year I want to acknowledge YOU and let you know that just by being you, you have contributed in some way to my spiritual and professional growth… and I hope that I have also contributed in some way to your personal success and prosperity.

Of all the resources I study to further my spiritual growth, there is one thread that runs throughout, and that is LOVE.

When we express love we are raising our own spiritual consciousness or vibrational frequency – and sending love to everyone around us is literally sharing love with the world.

Imagine the difference each of us can make if every time you see someone anywhere and everywhere you say out loud or silently, “I love you.”

Love is a form of meditation.  Sit quietly for a few minutes and simply say silently, “I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you…”

FEEL the difference.

The next time you get angry with someone, send love.  Just say silently “I love you.”

You can choose love in any situation.  It is truly YOUR choice….

and you will be amazed at the results.

So, as we each make our way through all the holiday celebrations and get ready to celebrate the beginning of a new year, know that you ARE loved and that your presence here on earth is meaningful and makes a difference in my life and in the lives of those around you.

You have the opportunity to be, do and have anything you want, and you don’t have to wait for the new year.  Begin now.  Choose to think and say only high vibration thoughts and words. Eliminate low vibration words from your vocabularly.
